Differences continued
We will provide the large house and facilities, suitably furnished; cover electricity and heating etc. We will provide equipment and a computer.For this there will be a low charge to cover costs. They will between them have to cover their own food and other costs and the telephone cost.
Training and study will be geared to take up 50% of the time allowing some to work outside the centre to produce funds to cover costs (ie food) while others are involved in their agency.
The centre will be managed by them, we will appoint a manager from within the group, and may from time to time move that role to another member of the group. We will very rarely visit.
The objective is to have the technical success we achieved with the first version, but to make the group into a small community, responsible and committed to succeeding. They will be encouraged to progress beyond the basic development. to make their own decisions as a group, and to help each other to succeed, using both the agency and other contacts that they make.
This time we will be passing on the technical skills and empowering the group, not supporting people having a holiday.
